Dr. Brady wholeheartedly believes in empowering people through movement and exercise. With backgrounds as a CrossFit and strength & conditioning coach, he utilizes a fitness-forward approach to treatment. Dr. Brady combines manual therapy and active movement and loading to optimize human movement and build long-term resiliency to get his clients back to the activities they love. He wants to show people that anything is possible, even if it feels unimaginable right now!
Dr. Brady holds a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Biomechanics/Applied Kinesiology from Kansas State University. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Kansas Medical Center. Additionally, Brady is a certified CrossFit Level 2 coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS). During his time at K-State, he researched the physiological and psychological benefits of functional training. Dr. Brady knows the importance of building life-long fitness and wants to come along his clients to support them in their health journey.
Brady is a Kansas City native and currently resides in Roeland Park wife his beautiful wife, Jenny, and two dogs Riley and Daenerys. He is an avid golfer, CrossFitter, hiker, and adventurer.
