REMOTE FITNESS PROGRAMMING
Work remotely with a knowledgeable, accessible coach who can offer expert guidance and help you stay motivated.
At Empowered we do things DIFFERENTLY and that goes for our Fitness Programming as well!
This personalized, movement-based fitness programming is not your stereotypical "exercise" routine.
What
While each program will be specific you your goals, equipment needs, etc. you can expect a large emphasis to be placed on strength training.
Don't fret - strength training is for everyone!
And while everyone's reason for lifting weights may vary, we can all agree that lifting weights results in better quality of movement and increased functional strength.
Through regular strength training, we can begin to establish a different relationship with our body.
Instead of focusing on losing weight or looking good, we can focus on gaining strength, fitness, and confidence in our capabilities.
This translates to a better quality of life much more directly than seeing an arbitrary “ideal” on the scale.
LOOK...WE GET IT!
Making a return to the gym can be intimidating.
We understand that for many of you going to the gym is what hurt you in the first place.
You may feel overwhelmed with the amount of information you currently possess as it pertains to you, your body, and your history of injury.
YOU FEEL GOOD AND WANT TO STAY THAT WAY!
We believe there is no ONE perfect diet for everyone.
That’s why you won’t find us handing out an arbitrary list of yes/no foods, forcing you to track every bite, or giving you a pre-formulated meal plan.
Empowered Nutrition Coaching does just that - it empowers you to totally transform your mindset around what it means to eat healthy and teaches you how to implement better habits that work for you. No gimmicks, no fads, just a long-term real-life approach to wellness. There’s a difference between being told what to do and being taught HOW to change. Empowered Nutrition Coaching is that difference.
You ARE capable of improving the quality of your food. Our goal is to take you from “I would if I could,” to “I can, and I am.”
