DR. KRISTIN WRIGHT

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

As a dedicated active individual and CrossFit athlete herself, Dr. Kristin Wright understands what it takes to not only perform in the gym but feel great doing so.

Kristin received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2020. In addition, she has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2018. Kristin obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Dubuque, IA, where she also played volleyball.

Through sport and CrossFit Kristin has developed a passion for health and fitness and how it can be applied to functional movement patterns and the human body. Because of this she has a wide understanding of all things fitness, strength, and the biomechanics of human movement. Kristin has experience working with people across the lifespan - from long term care residents, to college athletics, to youth football and volleyball teams. Kristin’s experience across these realms helps her ability to individualize treatment plans for each specific person according to strengths, weaknesses, and different goals.

Her goal is to help instill empowerment in each patient and encourage them to take control of their lives. She wants people to discover what their bodies are capable of in order to enjoy their lives to the fullest without restriction or doubt.

Outside of this, Kristin loves to take her two cats - Finnick and Mango - on walks, jam to Taylor Swift, play sand volleyball, read, and spend time with her 5 sisters.
