Now Hiring: Doctor of Physical Therapy
Empower Others. Grow Yourself.
Join a team where care is intentional, movement is medicine, and your voice matters.
If you’re ready to break free from the traditional model and step into a clinic that prioritizes people over productivity – you’re in the right place.
About the Role
We're Looking for Someone Who:
-
Is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (or able to obtain in Kansas).
-
Has 1-3 years of experience.
-
Is committed to patient-centered care and enhancing lives through functional movement and strength.
-
Thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside a team that values growth, learning, and support.
-
Has strong communication skills and is able to build lasting, positive relationships with both clients and teammates.
As part of the Empowered team, you will:
-
Work with a diverse patient base, treating both orthopedic and pelvic floor-related conditions (pelvic floor experience is a plus, but not required).
-
Collaborate closely with a dynamic team that ensures holistic, patient-centered care.
-
Provide individualized care plans that focus on long-term success and overall well-being.
-
Embrace a fitness-forward approach, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and function.
-
Contribute to our culture of mentorship and education, learning and growing with the team.
-
Help redefine what PT can feel like — for both clients and clinicians.
About Us

At Empowered Physical Therapy, we’re not just treating symptoms, we’re walking alongside people in some of their most vulnerable seasons. We believe in care that’s rooted in trust, movement, and connection. Care that honors the whole person, not just the injury.

1:1 patient care...no double booking, ever
-
Space for mentorship without ego or pressure
-
A blend of ortho and pelvic health (with support to grow in both)
-
Flexible scheduling and real work-life integration
-
Clear, honest communication and a truly collaborative team
-
A fitness-forward, function-based approach to healing
-
A culture rooted in trust, curiosity, and connection
-
No productivity quotas – just intentional care that makes a difference
